These beautiful RARE matching vases are part of the Bitossi Ceramiche Historical Archives in Montelupo Fiorentino, Italy and are part of a Special Collection that was especially made in the mid century for Raymor. The artist is Aldo Londi (1911-2004) who had been the Art Director for Bitossi for over 50 years. This is a very rare set and it is not easy to find these pieces if any in the auctions now. The colors and leaf etchings are spectacular. They are both in excellent antique/vintage condition with no cracks ot crazing. They are both numbered (5266/5267) "Italy". These pieces have been authenticated by Giampoalo Monte with Flavia Bitossi Ceramiche S.R.I. in Italy. The tall vases is 9 3/4" tall and 6.5" diameter at it's widest. The low vase is 10 3/4" diameter and 6.5" tall with top on.
