Made by the Belleek factory in Ireland, this vase bears the 2nd black mark used from 1891 to 1926. Measures: 3 1/2'' high and 4 1/8'' from side to side. Superbly modelled, classic Belleek vase. Very organic in form. Deeply scalloped edges , twisting folds and modelled ripples on the surface. The outside is further decorated with a plethora of encrusted flowers, each miniscully detailed and fragile. While the flowers on the front are roses (in full bloom and in bud), the back has 3 simple Irish clovers. Mark: 2nd black mark for Belleek - says Fermanagh, Ireland. condition: I could not find a single chip or crack.
