Beautiful Victorian bottle stand, silver plate with ornate scrolled central handle and supports, three bottle rings and standing on three ball feet. Probably originally a stand for either bottles or narrow decanters, this could easily also be used for pickle jars etc. Height is approx. 35.5 cm high (14 inches). Diameter is 21.5 cm (8.3/8 inches).The bottle rings each have an internal diameter of 7/8 cm (3.1/8 inches) so should just fit a standard bottle of wine. Quite a striking piece to have on your dining table. No maker's marks. Some tiny very minor pitting on the stand base where the bottles would stand and unfortunately some damage to the bottom of two of the handle stalks just above where they join the base (see last photo).
