DruckerAntiques is pleased to offer this important Danish modern sterling silver pitcher with elongated spout and scroll handle was designed by Kay Fisker (1893-1965) in 1926 with impressed marks on the base : Anton Michelsen Sterling Denmark Kay Fisker 1.5L. Pitcher stands 10 1/2 inches tall. Kay Fisker was one of the most influential designers & architects working in Denmark in the 1920s and1930s. He trained with architect, Anton Rosen, and collaborated with Georg Jensen early in his career.
