A Double Wedding Ring quilt from the 1920 to 1930 period. It measures 70 x 86". It is entirely hand pieced and hand quilted with 10-12 stitches per inch. It is in excellent condition with no tears or fading. The backing is the same muslin fabric and it has a cotton batting. There are 6 small starch stains in some of the blocks as shown in the pictures. These are from when the fabric was made and are not stains that occurred after construction. A very nice well planned Double Wedding Ring quilt.
