A truly great 1940's Fan Quilt that has never been used or washed. The pencil lines for quilting are still visible on the muslin fabric. It was hand pieced and hand quilted with 14 - 16 stitches per inch. It measures 72" x 89" and has a cotton batting. The backing fabric is the same muslin as used on the front. Each fan block measures 7" square. This is truly a rare quilt that has never been used and has very excellent hand quilting.
