Antique Victorian ladies black velvet pink floral hat. Has a large feather & black bow on the back. Very good condition, old flowers, some need to be reattached. Black ribbon ties were probably replaced at some point. 9 1/4 x 7 1/4 overall. Inside measures 4 1/2 x 5 1/2".Buyer pays s/i & Ca. residents add tax. We ship promptly, normally next day & the least expensive, fastest way. Most of the time it's not Priority Mail as I find it more expensive for most items. I save boxes because with Priority for the most part you're paying for the box. A lot of items will ship just as fast at a lower rate 1st class.
