Lovely lace collar, embroidery onto net - not sure of the name of this type of lace, but it is similar to Limerick lace, except that the pattern is fine glossy thread (probably silk thread) applied to the net with tiny holding stitches. The collar looks to be Victorian, but I could also see it on a 1920s dress. It has shoulder overlay tapered to a point, and a point also at the centre front and back. Side neck opening. Total length of 63 cm at the lower edge. Depth is 15.5 cm centre front. Very good condition - needs a few stitches to secure seams which have come undone at the very edges. Very pretty.
