Sequin Shrug of 1940's style made in France, France, This is an amazing sequin shrug with 1940's style split sleeves and is made in France. It has eggplant, black and copper sequins with a pattern of black flowers and Greek keys sewn on thin layer of lace. The tag is older not as white as the photo shows. It is an older piece, however we hesitate to call it a true 1940's shrug. It is a PRIZED piece and in excellent condition.
