Featured is a beautifully pleated chiffon dress by Jay Herbert of California from the early 1960s. The color is somewhere in between teal and kelly green. The front bodice is entirely trimmed in delicate pleating and has sheer cap sleeves. The straight skirt has gathering at the hips and in the back. Closes with a metal zipper in center back. This is a beautiful dress in great condition with the following issues: there is a spot on the right back hip, two spots on the back, and another on the front skirt (please refer to images).
