This is an adorable skirt! It is a green red blue and little black bows taffeta skirt with a ruffle hemline. In addition, the left side has pull ribbon to lift/hike and gather the skirt along it's side if you like! There is a metal back zipper and button closure. The bottom ruffle has an under black ruffle to add to the fullness. Wear this for the holidays! It is something different and has that lovely taffeta sound! Excellent condition.
