Lancaster, PA , 19 jewels, 996 1409 " on the rim" Double Roller. on the first Cap C.W..C.Co Star Trade mark 1655071. some needle marks possibly numbers. on the center cap warranted crescent 25 years 1655071. Measures approx. 3" x 2".
