The watch case serial number indicates this watch was made in 1924. It is also marked 17 JEWELS ILLINOIS SPRINGFIELD WATCH CO. ADJUSTED FOR POSITIONS DOUBLE ROLLER. The watch has a screw back case. The watch has a 1-7/8 inch diameter. From the bottom of the case to the top of the watch ring it measures 2-1/2 inches.
