Probably American.Oval shape is almost 2inches long.Openwork floral design set in a tightly set marcasite oval ring. Exceptional design, quality craftsmanship and beauty. Flowers and foliage in different shades of blue, orange and green guilloche enamel are set with marcasite centers and highlights.Back is marked STERLING.
