Antique ring made of emeralds and pearls set in silver. Made in Hungary, 19th century. US size 6. Weighs 6 grams. Top of ring length 3/4inch; width approx 1/2 inch. Rectangular ring with rounded corners. A border of small seed pearls with 4 round emeralds - one at each corner. Within that is a band with pairs of inverted scrolls, gilt washed, and that encloses a rectangle with an emerald in the center. Top of ring is gilt washed. The shoulders are engraved with a foliate design. 2 hallmarks on the inside of the band. Good condition.
