Antique 20K Gold & Carnelian Intaglio Ring Circa. 1830 European. Wonderful, masterful carving of European explorer superimposed over an Aztec or Inca Indian. Compass settings illustrated on side. 20K gold tested with 20K acid. Carnelian tested with refractive index liquid. Ring is size 7 and can easily be sized by a jeweler. Unisex. The face of the ring measures 1 inch high and 3/4 inch wide. 1.9 gr. 1.2 dwt In pristine original condition.
