Beautiful antique 18K gold ruby emerald necklace depicting a fully sculptured ladies head with 2 snakes emerging from behind her head. The snakes are very well detailed as is the entire necklace. The back of the pendant has a pin it may be worn independently as a brooch. The back is marked 18K. The chain is the original 18K gold chain. The lock is 14K gold and newly attached for better security. The chain measures 20 3/4 inches long. The pendant has a width of 1 1/4 inches from snake to snake. Height 1 1/4 inches to the top of her head. This is a unique necklace, very beautiful which can also be worn as a brooch or pin. Weight 18.2 grams. Excellent condition.
