Rare antique Omega open face pocket watch. The watch runs good and has numbers and hour numbers along the border. The porcelain dial has a couple of noticeable hairlines and some losses along the border. Please enlarge pictures to show details. The back cover reads SWISS MADE FABRICATION SUISSE OMEGA. It has inscribed serial #844017. The watch appears to be in excellent running condition. The back of the case reads OMEGA 15 JEWELS SWISS 7643657. The watch measures 2-1/2 inches from the top of the watch ring to the bottom of the watch. Diameter 1-7/8 inches. Guaranteed to please as are all our items. (Item #72904)
