Absolutely spectacular center ruby pendant with 78 diamonds. on a black ribbon, diamond chain or white gold chain. 14K yellow gold with a silver top. Gold tested with 14K acid. 22 old-mine cut diamonds with total weight of 3.75 carats. 56 single-cut diamonds with total weight of 1.30 carats. Total diamond weight of the pendant is 4.05 carats (approx) Natural old-mine cut ruby with weight of 1.50 carats. Pendant measures 2 1/4 inches high and 1 3/8 inches wide.
