This ring was part of the exhibition "Nederlands Goud" (Dutch for "Dutch Gold") that was held in Utrecht, Netherlands from October 18th 1962 till December 1st in 1962. It is also depicted in the catalog of this exhibition at page 41 with exhibition number 59. The ring then came from the collection of Mr.Ir.P.W.Voet, who is also known for his book on Dutch hallmarks. Even the Royal Dutch House lend their jewelry for this exhibition.
