It also has 8 faceted square shaped gem color and clarity natural sapphires accentuating the design. Total gem weight 2 carats. In the center is a beautiful pearl of the highest color and quality measuring 4 mm. The brooch measures 2.5 inches long and 1/4 inch high. Weight 7.7 grams. Superb original mint condition.
