A type of finger ring of which the bezel is made in an openwork floral design and set with small gemstones of various colors. The stones are usually, but not invariably, arranged to form a bouquet of flowers, or a basket , or a vase holding flowers. Such rings were made in Italy in the late 17th and the 18th centuries.
