Gilt, Horn, and Jet Necklace Circa. 1900 British Originally a man's watch chain, now a woman's necklace. This absolutely faboulous piece is a combination of brass gilt metal links, round horn links and all other components of this necklace being jet. 19' - 20" necklace with 4" drop. Drop can be worn in the front or in the back. The length of the necklace is adjustable. The "discs" are 3/4 inch in diameter. The chain links are 3/8 inch in diameter. This is one of the most extraordinary and "different" necklaces that we have seen. It is in excellent original condition. 59.4 gr 38.2 dwt.
