Pair of Antique Diamond, Ruby and Emerald Bird Earrings Circa. 1900 British Birds in flight - interpretated in rose diamonds, emeralds and rubies. Clip-ons, when clip earrings were the new sensation. Vermeil gold (gold over silver) with 50 rose cut diamonds - total weight of approximately .25 carat. 24 rubies with total weight of approximately .35 carat and 2 emeralds with total weight of approximately .50 carat. All diamonds tested with a diamond tester. Rubies and emeralds tested with refractive index liquid. Unmarked. Each earring measures 3/4 inch high and 3/4 inch wide. 6.8 gr. 4.4 dwt. Unmarked
