Victorian, circa 1890 Victorian gilt metal chatelaine with pierced waist plaque. Four circular plaques to the front, three depicting a figure on horseback, the fourth with the bust of a Roman emperor. Hinged belt clip to reverse. Seven ornate, pierced chains. Central chain with hinged hook. Outer chains with felt lined thimble holder and pin cushion cover (lacking cushion). Good. Slight overall tarnishing. Thimble holder: Felt is worn. Belt clip: Slight wear. Tarnishing to underside. Hinge in good working order. 8ins long
