Adorned with natural ruby briolette, a faceted aquamarine, and emerald cut pink tourmaline. Lastly, a hand-carved bird in mother-of-pearl. The ruby briolette, quartz, aquamarine and tourmaline have all been tested with refractive index liquid. Comes with 14K 20-Inch gold chain. The heart measures 1 3/4 inch high, 1 1/4 inch wide and 3/4 inch deep. All in pristine condition. Gold chain tested with 14K acid. 19.8 gr. 12.7 dwt.
