Beautiful large oval faceted citrine mounted in 18ct gold with outer gold ring rim. Stone is oval mixed cut. Face of ring measures 20 mm by 17 mm, and the ring size is English L (USA size 5.1/2) with an internal diameter of 16.10 mm. It has a bevelled band of 3.5 mm. Total weight including stone is 6.15 grams. Would probably date to early to mid 20th century. Gold is unmarked but both stone and gold have been tested. There is some age-related abrading to the stone, but not visible to the naked eye. Very attractive and unusual ring.
