Amethyst Choker Circa. 1930 American Natural amethyst beads, all tested with refractive index liquid. Hand-carved beads alternate with smooth, smaller beads. The hand-carved beads are 3/4 inch in diameter. The smaller, smooth amethyst beads are 5/8 inch in diameter. 9 hand-carved beads and 10 smooth beads comprise this 16 1/2 inch choker/necklace. Gold-plated wires are hand-knotted. The necklace is in pristine original condition. 90.6 gr. 58.2 dwt Catch is marked " 1/20 - 12K"
