Fabulous vintage pearl collar / choker, made in Japan for Lembeck Inc. Perfect for a bride or designer outfit.Measures 10 1/2 inches accross, excluding the ties, when lieing flat.I am not a pearl expert, so I do not know whether these are faux, real or cultured. They are beautiful. Graded from small on the outer sides to large in the center, the pearls have a wonderful lustrous patina, a warm shine in a creamy colour with a hint of apricot. The ties end in brown coloured pearls held in a metal cup, like flowers in a calyx. The pearls are sewn onto silk fabric, with original lable reading Especially Made for Lembeck, Inc.
