Made in America by Indiana Glass for Tiara, crystal ashtray, eagle, stars relief. excellent condition, 10 inch diameter, 2.25 inch height, and the base 9 inch. heavy, weights 6 lbs. The company began about 1970's and closed in year 2000. A fabulous collectible finds, suggested foyer's keep sake, for keys and pocket change, or display colored shells and stones!
