This is a gorgeous antique door with its original etched figural glass, made in France in the 19th Century. The unusual triple layered etching creates spectacular depth, beginning with a garland motif that swags elegantly across the top. Depicted at the center of the pane is a dancing cherub, playing a tambourine atop an urn surrounded by a scrolling foliate design. This door is in very good antique condition with the expected wear, as pictured; the glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The door is 26 1/4†wide, 113 1/2†tall, and 2 1/2†thick.
