Late Bronze Age II; c. 1400-1200 B.C.
Wheel-made and composed primarily of a globular body, a wide neck and a large everted rim. With an applied foot and two handles applied to the neck and shoulders of the vessel. Red painted decoration on a white slip. Horizontal bands around the middle of the amphora and handles with vertical decoration on the shoulders and upper body consisting of inverted triangles and alternating straight and wavy lines. Two vertical bands are also present on the rim, one of the exterior and one on the interior.
In excellent and original condition. Found in Hebron.
