AIBF Official 1989 Hot Air Balloon hat. Very good condition, new not worn. It has a small rust spot on the metal closure on the back that tightens the band adjustment. Most of the time it's not Priority Mail as I find it more expensive for most items. I save boxes because with Priority for the most part you're paying for the box.
