A superb quality decorated large bronze food bowl, dating to the Roman period, Western Bactria,, c. 100 BC-200 AD.
Beautifully engraved with several bands of hammered decorations - lines and bulls eye patterns.
The bowl measure impressive 16 cm. wide and is 8-9 cm. high.
Condition: Choice! We have only partly cleaned it and the patina is very beautiful.
There's a very minor repaired perforation in the bottom not showing as it is.
