An English Regency Large Oval Silk and Wool Picture, Circa 1780-1820 The silkwork in deep rich colours depict a gallant and a lady standing by a thatched cottage and tree with a field of wheat behind. ;In the foreground are two sheep. ;The lady is dressed as a shepherdess and the man wears black boots, brown pants and a bright red jacket. ;He wears a a feathered hat on his head. Great colour and condition- one small tear to upper left. ; Height: 17 1/2 framed
