This Serene Oil on Canvas "Seascape with Sailboats" is in Excellent Overall Condition, c. 19th-Early 20th Century. Signed in the Bottom Left Corner: "Steppe Romain" (1859-1927). Steppe studied at the Belgian School. He painted Landscapes with Animals, Seascapes, and Marine Scenes. He Traveled in England, Holland, and France.
