This Pretty Oil on Canvas "Flowers & Baskets is in Excellent Condition, Alexander Tielens, Belgian School, late 19th Century. Tielens imbues his paintings with a white clear light that is typical of the Belgian post-impressionists. Trained at the Brussels Academy in the late 1880's, choosing to paint landscapes, still-life's and town scenes with a continuity of success.
