My gallery is filled with posters of the Belle Epoque and Art Deco, but every now and then I let my 'paper passion' get a hold of me and I can't resist. Like this wonderful and totally Deco piece which I found in Milan.A great and colorful Art Deco poster which shows us not only how much fun can be had at Bandol - which according to its official website Òis a true seaside resort. Its first tourists were called Thomas Mann, Aldous Huxley, Marcel Pagnol, Mistinguett, Raimu and Fernandel. They made Bandol a holiday spot long before the days of Brigitte Bardot and St. Tropez.Ó Andre Bermond was a prolific Art Deco poster master who must have enjoyed the seaside as many of his posters feature water.
