Outstanding antique Art Deco chandelier with original glass body, salvaged out of Cincinnati, Ohio and dating from the 1930s. This rare chandelier begins in a simple canopy and chain, working down to a round loop finial. The upper body features a crimped tail and ziggurat dome base. The lower body is an abstracted bowl made of original glass that features grooved ribs around the upper edge, gadrooned glass, and a textured cylindrical piece at the bottom. This chandelier is in very good condition with the expected fleabites around the edges and one small chip to the inner body, as pictured, that is only visible if looking down on the chandelier. The fixture has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier measures 17" wide, 16-1/2" tall, and 28" long overall.
