Edo period, Japanese bronze sword fitting, mokko gata (4 lobes) with high relief decorations and gold inlays. The obverse side features a seated old man. Gold inlays ornate the vestments, hair and belt. A mountain is depicted at 12 o'clock. On the reverse side, vegetation is shown in high relief.
