A pair round corner rattan caned elm wood stools with Chinese blackwood carved scroll detail above hump back struts conecting round legs. These stools are very strong having support hemp woven under the rattan and also a wooden center bar support. A very flat surface that can be used either as a seat or side table. Very refined, turn of the 19th century. 1890 - 1900. Size Overall Dimensions 17.5" H X 16" W X 16" D 44.5cm H X 40.6cm W X 40.6cm D.
