Two Meiji period, late 19th Century Japanese bowls with a beautiful floral and butterfly design. There is no maker stamp on the bottom. The size of the larger bowl is 8 3/4" w x 4.5" h and the smaller bowl is 7.5" w x 4" h. The Meiji period extended from 1868 through 1912.
