Old Rare Tall solid cast candlesticks pair; Art Nouveau lotus and lily leaf aesthetic pattern. Heavy Silver hollowware with solid cast base that is one piece with the long stems. These are from the historic town of Sedalia, Missouri home of the 19th century Bothwell Hotel and the Missouri State Fair. The streets are lined with huge antebellum mansions and manor houses. They appear to be in excellent heirloom condition - extremely clean without even a scratch. The are very heavy (their weight is nearly 3 pounds) and the silver plating appears heavily plated and is 100% intact with no worn or cloudy spots - edges are not worn anywhere at all - there area couple miniscule tiny age spots on the base that you will never notice on display. High quality with heavy silver that does not tarnish easily with copper within - these appear to be International Silver.
