Rare pair of Early American cast iron Andirons 1790. See Wallace Nutting Furniture Treasure item 4068 for an example of the same pair. The listing in Nutting states " Rare Pair of Cast Andirons, One Is Welcome To Suppose Them To Be Any Fair Lady of The Olden Day. E. C. Hall, Longmeadow, Massachusetts." Each andiron measures 17 and one half inches high and 17 inches deep.
