This is a fabulous 19th Century French gold gilded mirror. Exceptional carving and gilding along with its wonderful Louis XV design make this mirror very impressive. It is all original and in excellent condition for its age. At one time it had a sconce mounted on the mirror and there is a small hole where it was. The glass could either be replaced or it could have a nice antique sconce mounted on it. The hole is about 3 inches wide and is about 2/3 up on the glass. Please call us if you have any questions!!
