Beautifully carved and gilded Aesthetic Movement mirror. Another fine example of American Victorian everyday elegant design can be found in this small lovely mirror that features an original gilt gesso frame in very fine, near perfect original condition and a small beveled mirror in excellent condition. All original gilding with no touch up and only minor age related shrinkage to the corner joints of the frame. Can be hung vertically or horizontally. 12†high x 18" wide x 3" deep. The mirror (glass)is 5 5/8" x 11 3/4".
