Very fine quality Enamel plaque mounted on a fiber board covered with red velvet. Old hanger on back to hang on wall or dresser. Very cute and interesting piece of Enamel work. Finely detailed. Measures 4'' by 3'' with the enamel being 1'' smaller. Condition is excellent minor factory flaws on lower right.
