Incredible miniature Japanese Meiji satsuma teapot with a begging monkey and and a warrior cat. Main Panel has a monkey begging for food or possibly his life from a Samurai while a cat warrior with a flag with a peach in it looks on. Incredible detail and far more exotic than the pictures show. I particularly like the detail on the edge of the lid. Flowers that are split in two are painted on both halves so the lid ''fits'' in only one way.
