Materials Unlimited is a three story 15,000 square foot showroom open to the public 10am -5pm EST, Tuesday through Saturday & Sundays from Noon to 5pm. We are closed on Mondays. We are between Huron Street and River Street on Michigan Ave in Downtown Ypsilanti, MI, right next to Riverside Park and the Huron River.

LIGHTING RESTORATION
Our restoration department is staffed by highly-qualified & experienced craftspeople. We expertly restore nearly every light in our inventory. Stripping paint, applying patina, new UL listed sockets, and new UL listed wire breathe new life into neglected light fixtures.
