Victorian, circa 1860 Pair Staffordshire seated spaniels, white with dull gilt collar, locket, chain and coat decoration. Curly tails. Orange muzzles. Vent hole to reverse. Generally good. No restoration. Slight rubbing to gilt. Right facing: Paint loss to left front paw. Kiln effects: shrinkage cracks to the hind leg and underside; specks of kiln soot caught in the glaze to ear and reverse; glaze miss to the left ear; craze lines to hind leg. Left facing: Paint loss to the paws. Kiln effects: touchmark to front left paw; craze lines with crazing more pronounced than partner. 13ins high
